For the second time this year, we returned to the Lozer Lodge (no, not the loser lodge, the lozer ;)) in Kruishoutem to inspire, motivate and train the new batch of highly driven young potentials of Planet Talent. During this leading others 2 day retreat, these future leaders got to know themselves, each other and what defines a great leader and how they can grow in their careers to one day rock a leadership position themselves. We were again honored to facilitate and train one full day, talking about personal branding, communication and inspiring yourself to bring the best version of you. The feedback was great, everybody got a signed Stand Up to Stand Out book and this group showed us that the future is bright, because the youngsters of today are ready for tomorow.
